Airport service/ Delivery: We offer personalised delivery and pick up to Coolangatta and Sunshine Coast Airports, and hotels, motels and to private addresses or offices.
One-way rentals: Available free between Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast Airports, if you rent any vehicle for a period of 5 days or more.
Drivers License: We ask that you produce a current Australian, overseas or international drivers license that has been held for a minimum of three years and reflect the equivalent of an open class license. The minimum age is 21 years.
Rates: Are subject to change without notice. All vehicles may not be available at all times and geographical driving restrictions may apply. Similar models may be substituted. Please enquire for full details on rates and conditions and any specials we have on offer.
Taxes: Unlike other Car Rental organisations we include all taxes in the daily rate. GST, State Tax and Airport Tax if applicable.
Child Seats/Boosters: Approved child seats are available upon request at $5 per day hire.
GPS Units: Available upon request at a charge of $6 per day
Payment: We accept cash or cheque payments at time of hire. We require a credit card imprint as security.
Insurance: Subject to the terms and conditions of the rental agreement being met, comprehensive insurance cover is included in the daily rate, subject to an excess for the first incident or any damage arising from the hire. The excess may be reduced by payment of an excess waiver fee (Ref below). In the event of a second incident or further damage the excess will revert to the standard applicable excess as below.
Single Vehicle Excess: In the event of any damage as a result of a single vehicle incident, however caused, the applicable excess defaults to the standard excess rate as below. This excess may be applied at the discretion of management.
Note: All renters must hold an Open Drivers Licence, Credit Card, and must be over 21 years of age.
